The other day while playing outside (in underwear and rain boots only) Evan announced proudly that he peed outside. The only problem was he didn't aim well and soaked his underwear so they came right off, but the boots went back on and he went back to digging in the gravel! If Evan could be naked 24 hours a day he would!
